Shipping policy

All products are shipped via the level of service selected at checkout. For international orders, the recipient of the order is responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred during shipping. In order to offset this cost, a standard $10 shipping rate is currently being trialed for international orders. Orders typically ship within 2 weeks, but may have lead times of up to 7 weeks depending on batching, material orders, or stock. Individual product pages list absolute worst lead times, but should not be considered standard.
