Refund policy

Standard items stocked on the website are subject to a full coverage policy and should last a lifetime. If you don't like the dice, returns are accepted within a 30 day window. The total amount, minus return shipping costs, will be refunded for dice returned in good condition.

Should the dice arrive damaged or defective, they will be swapped out without any additional cost. If dice are damaged or lost due to a catastrophic event (stepped on during gameplay, eaten by various animals, stolen by TSA, ect), please send a message to admin@summitdice.com for replacement information. In the case of precious metals, such as sterling silver or gold, we request that the damaged die be exchanged for the new die. Replacement dice may not be in stock, and are subject to the standard 4-6 week manufacturing time for out-of-stock dice.

Refunds and returns are not allowed for custom dice to protect my time and material investment. We are committed to ensuring that each dice arrives undamaged and ready to roll. If you receive damaged or otherwise faulty dice, let us know within 1 week of receipt and we'll happily replace it.

Please treat your dice nicely and roll on a padded surface to protect them from damage!
